1. Who we are

IQ Scale is an online IQ-style test operated by IQ Scale. Contact: support@your1.date.

2. The service

The test is free to take. Viewing the full result (IQ estimate, percentile, breakdown, feedback and certificate) requires a payment shown before checkout.

Results are estimates from a short online test, for entertainment and self-improvement. They are not a clinical or psychological assessment and must not be used for medical, educational, employment or legal decisions.

3. Plans and prices

Depending on the offer shown to you, you buy either (a) a one-time result, or (b) a 7-day introductory access to IQ Scale Premium followed by an automatically renewing membership. The exact price, currency, billing interval and renewal price are shown on the payment page and in the checkout before you pay.

Membership terms, cancellation and refunds are described in the Subscription & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com) as our payment provider. Prices include applicable taxes where required. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

5. Digital content and withdrawal

The result is digital content delivered immediately after payment. If you are an EU/UK consumer, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Your right to cancel a membership for future periods is not affected.

6. Acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' results, or resell the content.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the version shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
