Controller
IQ Scale, operator of IQ Scale. Contact: support@your1.date.
What we collect
Your test answers, the name for your certificate, your email, country (from your IP), device information and — if you accept cookies — advertising and analytics identifiers. Payment data is handled by Whop; we don't see your card number.
Why
To calculate and deliver your result (contract), to send your result link and service emails (contract), to prevent fraud (legitimate interest) and, with your consent, to measure our advertising.
Sharing
Hosting (Vercel), database (Upstash), payments (Whop), AI text generation for your feedback (Anthropic), email delivery and — with consent — ad platforms. Some providers are outside the EU; we rely on standard contractual clauses.
Retention and rights
Results are kept up to 13 months, then deleted. You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent anytime by emailing support@your1.date. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
