Subscription & Refund Policy
Introductory access and renewal
If your offer includes IQ Scale Premium, you pay the introductory price shown at checkout (for example $1.99) for 7 days of access including your full result and certificate.
Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, your membership renews automatically at the renewal price shown at checkout (for example $29.99) and then every 28 days at the same price until you cancel. We email you a receipt for every charge.
What Premium includes
Daily brain training (10 new puzzles every day) and access to your full report and certificate at any time.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime in one click on whop.com ā Orders/Memberships, or email support@your1.date from the address you used to pay and we'll cancel within 1 business day. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
One-time results and introductory access are digital content delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable. If you were charged a renewal you didn't intend and haven't used Premium since, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund that renewal. Technical problems that prevent delivery are always refunded.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank ā we answer within 1 business day.
Price changes
We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to your renewal price. You can cancel before it takes effect.
